Area Scan Cameras
Dalsa cameras offer the most advanced feature sets in the industry. Models may include a variety of features such as:
Line ScanLine scan imaging uses a single line of pixels to build up seamless two-dimensional images of moving objects--a fax machine is a low-end example. DALSA leads the way in line scan technology with continual improvements in the most critical imaging criteria: speed, responsivity, and dynamic range. Whether you need to inspect silicon wafers or printed circuits boards for quality control or printed documents and bar codes for postal sorting, efficiency (and profitability) depends on getting the best-quality images in the smallest amount of time. DALSA line scan cameras can accelerate applications with better image quality and higher throughput. Line Scan feature sets include:
CMOSPerfect for electronics manufacturing and semiconductor inspection, the 4M60 and 4M30 cameras use DALSA's patented CMOS sensor technology capable of 62 fps at full 4 megapixel resolution. As a new member to DALSA's existing Stop Action camera line, the 4M60 and 4M30 use an electronic shutter to eliminate the imaging issues often associated with full frame, frame transfer, or rolling shutter cameras, such as smearing or time displacement artifacts. Fully programmable with a Base or Medium Camera Link interface, the cameras incorporate vertical windowing, exposure control, gain and offset adjustment and 1000x antiblooming. Additionally, the camera's powerful flat field correction (FFC) creates individual gain and offset coefficients for each pixel.
1M75The DALSA 1M75-SA area scan camera for industrial machine vision, and traffic management. The camera uses a one-megapixel (1024 x 1024), CMOS image sensor capable of running at up to 75 frames per second ( fps) at full resolution. Frame rates over 100,000 fps can be achieved through windowing. The 1M75 offers two unique features: global (nonrolling) shutter and LINLOG response. Global shutter. Unlike regular CMOS imagers, our camera features an electronic global shutter for "Stop Action" (SA) imaging, allowing smear-free capture of fast moving objects. LinLog response. The camera offers linear response up to a user-defined light level. Beyond that level, the sensor drains away excess charge to provide logarithmic response. The result is tremendously wide dynamic range (up to 120dB)--perfect for imaging dark scenes with very bright elements, such license plate glare in traffic management applications.
1M150The DALSA DS-21-001M0150 area scan camera for industrial machine vision, and traffic management. The camera uses a one-megapixel (1024 x 1024), CMOS image sensor capable of running at up to 150 frames per second ( fps) at full resolution. Frame rates over 100,000 fps can be achieved through windowing. The 1M150 offers two unique features: global (nonrolling) shutter and LinLog response. Global shutter. Unlike regular CMOS imagers, our camera features an electronic global shutter for "Stop Action" (SA) imaging, allowing smear-free capture of fast moving objects. LinLog response. The camera offers a linear response up to a user-defined light level. Beyond that level, the sensor drains away excess charge to provide a logarithmic response. The result is tremendously wide dynamic range (up to 120dB)--perfect for imaging dark scenes with very bright elements, such as in welding applications.
1M28The DALSA 1M28-SA area scan camera for industrial machine vision, and traffic management. The camera uses a one-megapixel (1024 x 1024), CMOS image sensor capable of running at up to 27 frames per second ( fps) at full resolution. Frame rates over 100,000 fps can be achieved through windowing. The 1M28 offers two unique features: global nonrolling shutter and LINLOG response.
